Two weeks ago, he was unmasked as Rabbit in the final of ‘The Masked Singer’. After which he said he would never sing again. Yesterday, Conner Rousseau hinted on his social media that he will soon will release a single which will be called ‘This is Me’. Unfortunately for the fans it turned out to be an April Fool’s joke.

Vooruit chairman Conner Rousseau made it to the final of the popular VTM program ‘The Masked Singer’, which was viewed by 1.5 million people. The politician returned with a bronze medal and a lot of reactions home. Rousseau’s voice received a lot of praise on the one hand, although many people thought that a (good) politician had no place in an entertainment program.

It has been clear for some time that Rousseau does not care about the negative comments. He announced his first single ‘This is Me’ yesterday. Unfortunately for the fans it turned out to be an (early) April 1 joke.
