Applications and expenditure documents are submitted electronically in SEU with an electronic signature
The State Fund “Agriculture” informs the beneficiaries with concluded contracts under the intervention “Investments in the viticultural sector” and intervention “Investments in ecological facilities” from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas in the Republic of Bulgaria 2023-2027 and approved advance payment, that they can submit applications for advance payment through the Electronic Services System (ESS).
Beneficiaries of financial assistance must attach to the SEU scanned or signed by the KEP supporting documents (invoices, payment orders and bank statements certified by the bank). It is necessary to provide an original bank guarantee, established in favor of DFZ, in the amount of 110% of the amount requested for advance payment, with a validity period of not less than 4 months after the expiration of the period for the performance of all activities under the contract.
The financial assistance can be paid in advance, provided that the implementation of the activities has started after the conclusion of the contract and a specific amount of advance payment, which does not exceed 80% of the agreed financial assistance, is requested with the application form.
Intervention applications are submitted electronically through an individual profile of the applicant or a person authorized by him in the Electronic Services System (ESS).
