Approval of loans from the framework credit to cushion the economic consequences of the Corona crisis, extension of the eCoupon campaign
On April 1, 2020, the city council approved a credit line of CHF 2.5 million. With a resolution of December 2, 2020, the city council approved the following loans (SRB 252) to be debited from the credit line:
10,000 francs for the “eCoupon” campaign for license costs, technical support through app development and communication campaigns (SRB 252)
CHF 1’1’86.10 for the waiver of the building lease interest for tenants and tenants of urban land and real estate (SRB 252)
Against the resolution, counted from the date of publication, the Hinwil District Council, 8340 Hinwil, can lodge a written appeal in voting matters within 5 days and otherwise within 30 days in writing due to a violation of regulations on political rights. The appeal must contain a request and a reason. The contested decision and the evidence invoked must be precisely described and, if possible, enclosed. The suspensive effect is withdrawn from the course of the appeal period and the filing of an appeal.
With a resolution dated December 2, 2020, the city council approved the following loans as tied expenses in application of Section 103 of the Municipal Act:
160,000 francs for additional expenses in the Am Wildbach retirement home for protective materials (SRB 252)
110,000 francs for additional expenses in the Am Wildbach retirement home for additional hours worked by the staff and newly hired temporary staff (SRB 252)
20,000 francs for additional expenditure in the Am Wildbach retirement home for cleaning materials (SRB 252)
