The stranger is said to have approached children between the ages of 5 and 8 several times in the period from March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 in a playground on Lehrter Straße in Moabit. The man is said to have taken the children by the hand and tried to move away with them. When witnesses intervened vigorously, the suspect fled.
