Appreciate! The party group “Gentlemen’s Twine” celebrates with the first original song – Music

The positively energetic group of four gentlemen “Gentlemen Špagats”, known as musicians of cooperative events, weddings and other celebrations, has finally introduced himself with his first original piece – it is called “Counting Time”.

If the audience of the repertoire playing on the radio stations has not heard anything about the group “Gentlemen’s Spaghetti”, then it is forgivable, because so far this formation of musicians dressed in braces was not visible at all on the radio stations. But now it is. The sound of the song “Counting Time” is characterized by “love for live music, experience and confidence, which has been developed over several decades by performing popular cover versions of Latvian and foreign groups,” the song’s annotation states. “This challenging time of the pandemic affected everyone, but in any case, it also brought us something positive – so to speak, we came out different. We were finally able to stop, think and work creatively. It sounds unbelievable, but for us it was a calm, creative and fantastic time together, despite the fact that all the spring and most of the summer concerts were canceled. Undoubtedly, this has also affected the overall mood of the song, knowing that spring is our favorite season, so no matter what it brought this year, we are already waiting for it and starting to long for it, ”the“ gentlemen ”range.

The group “Gentlemen’s Spaghetti” has been operating since 2013, but the origins of the musical association can be traced back to 1998, when cover versions of popular Latvian and foreign groups were performed at various public events since school days. The members of the group have been old friends since early childhood – Niks Jaunzems (vocals, guitar), Valts Jakubovičs (guitar), Jurģis Priedītis (bass) and Artis Ābele (drums). And here’s what the publishers don’t talk about – the second (or first) “I” of this quartet is Valmiera rock band “Age Of Stones”, which has already released four studio albums, and in which all the mentioned musicians work.
