Technically, MLFF payments are considered to be more practical and prevent overcrowding, especially at toll gates. The system will detect and withdraw payments from passing vehicles.

The payment process will use Global Navigation Satelit System (GNSS) and special applications on smartphone which will be prepared for each toll road user.
