Clinics in Hamm plan new application procedures
Many companies lack skilled workers, and many apprenticeships are still unfilled. More and more companies are therefore relying on applications via WhatsApp. Applicants can then easily send their documents via the messenger. In Hamm, for example, the Johanniter clinics, the EVK and the St. Marien Hospital want to introduce an application process via WhatsApp. This is to be used primarily in the nursing sector. However, there is no exact start date for this yet, a spokeswoman said when asked by Lippewelle. After the merger of the Ev. Hospital and St. Marien Hospital in Hamm, there has been a new boss for the Johanniter clinics in Hamm.
Other companies in Hamm rely on classic applications
The automotive supplier Hella in Hamm, on the other hand, has deliberately decided against the messenger service. We prefer the classic application method, said a spokesperson. The Barbara Clinic does the same. Applicants can still register online via the homepage.
