There is a possibility that Apple will announce a ‘Pro Display XDR’ updated model in about 4 years.
According to foreign media on the 31st (local time), it is known that the ‘Pro Stand’ sold separately for $999 for the ‘Pro Display XDR’ is sold out at Apple’s online store in the US.
Currently, if you purchase the standard version of the standalone Pro Display XDR from Apple’s online store, you’ll have to wait until September 22-29. The cheaper Apple Studio Display, on the other hand, is available in all versions as normal.
It is yet to be seen if the out of stock of the Pro Stand is temporary or for the launch of a new model. Apple usually stops selling older products right before announcing a new one.
The Pro Display XDR was launched in December 2019 and has yet to receive an update.
