Yesterday Apple held its presentation, where it showed new iPhone 15 models and a number of games that will be ported to the company’s devices. As it turned out, from them not worth it expect high performance.
For example, Resident Evil Village will run at 30 frames per second on the iPhone 15 Pro, but players who reviewed the port noted that the graphics looked “amazing.” There is no information about the resolution of the game.
It was also revealed that Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 remake (2023), Death Stranding and Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be “universal” purchases. When purchased on iPhone, it is also possible to run on iPad, and in the case of RE Village and Death Stranding, also on Mac. But there’s a catch: the versions of iOS that are exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro only work on iPads or Macs equipped with Apple Silicon (M1 chip or later).
Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 remake and Death Stranding are slated to release on iPhone 15 Pro later this year, while Assassin’s Creed Mirage will release on smartphones in the first half of 2024.
