According to a report by the research company Counterpoint, the market smart phone worldwide in the first quarter of 2024 under type control flag from Apple.
Apple’s latest smartphone, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, is dominating sales smart phone in that period with a market share of 4.4%.
Counterpoint said this is the first time the iPhone Pro Max series has been in the top position.
“This reflects the growing trend in consumer preferences for smart phone upper class,” wrote Counterpoint in its report, Monday (6/5/2024).
Still from the same series, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro are next according to market shares of 4.3% and 3.7% respectively.
Then its predecessor, the iPhone 14, took fourth place with a market share of 1.9%.
Meanwhile, in the first quarter of 2024 Samsung is the only one smart phone Based on Android which is included in the top 10 list in the world.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra recorded a market share of 1.9%, the same as the iPhone 14.
Below it is smart phone medium types from Samsung, namely the Galaxy A15 5G and Galaxy A54, with market shares of 1.5% and 1.4% respectively.
Then in the bottom three levels is the iPhone 15 Plus with a share of 1.3%, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S24 and A34 which both gained a market share of 1%.
