Apple soon fixed the problem of overheating in iPhone 15 devices, by issuing a software update bearing the number IOS 17.0.3, but a new problem appeared in some devices, as some users and reviewers expressed that the device had begun to “sleep at night,” and would turn off on its own without intervention. .
Some reviewers attributed the matter to a conflict or defect in the new software that leads to what is called a “crash,” where some applications conflict with the operating system, which leads to the device shutting down.
Many complaints appeared through Apple communities such as “MacRoomers” and “9to5Mac,” in addition to “Reddit,” where the device restarts itself at night, or sometimes they wake up to find it turned off, and whoever finds the device has restarted itself. It is noted that there is a time gap in the “graph” of battery usage hours, which indicates that the device remained off for a period of time.
Until now, Apple has not announced its knowledge of the problem that appeared after the last update, although the complaints did not only affect the iPhone 15, but even some relatively older devices that received the latest update faced the same problem, which indicates that the problem is related to the latest update from Apple.
