Selular.ID – Apple has introduced the iOS 16 operating system, through the WWDC 2022 conference, with excellent features. One of them is that the iOS 16 operating system will support Face ID with landscape mode, or tilt mode.
This certainly makes it easier to unlock iPhone when it’s not held in the standard Portrait orientation.
Apple did not specify which iPhones it considered “iPhone models that support the feature, but it appears to be limited to the iPhone 13.
This makes sense, considering that the feature has so far not worked on iPhone 12 devices.

To be honest, Apple has brought this mode to Face ID, but that only applies to the iPad. Now the same feature will also be available to iPhone devices.
In addition to these features, iOS 16 will provide an always on display feature on the lock screen in the future.
Reportedly, Apple’s operating system, iOS 16, will begin to be felt by the public on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max series smartphones.
In his latest edition of the power on newsletter, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg explains that iOS 16 may finally include an always on display feature. This feature is for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max at a later time of launch.
