The specialized site 9To5Mac indicates holding reliable sources that the marketing of the new iPhone SE 2020, also called iPhone 9 in rumors, would be ready.
Finally the end of several years of rumors? The iPhone SE launched in March 2016 by Apple, more than 4 years ago today, could finally have found a successor.
After several months of more intense rumors, the 9To5Mac site indicates that it holds several pieces of information on the launch of the iPhone SE 2020: storage capacity, or even the colors offered, we take a tour of the new information.
No iPhone 9
The first information given by the site is that this iPhone would not take the name of iPhone 9 however put forward by several rumors. Apple would have preferred to give it the name of iPhone SE 2020 to clarify parentage with its predecessor.
The design of the iPhone SE 2020

However, we recall that this new iPhone SE 2020 should not have much in common with the 2016 model. The new smartphone would integrate a 4.7-inch screen similar to that of the iPhone 8, with components of iPhone 11 and in particular the Apple A13 Bionic chip.
Colors and storage
The site was able to obtain more information on the colors and storage capacities that will be offered by Apple.
First concerning the colors:
We see that Apple will therefore offer its best mastered colors, without investing additional costs in different colors. The PRODUCT (Red) version should once again contribute to the fight against AIDS, thanks to a sales commission.
Perhaps most importantly, Apple would offer the iPhone SE 2020 with three storage capacities:

Launch today
We knew that the launch of iPhone SE 2020 was imminent, the 9To5Mac site confirms and even indicates that the Apple Store would be ready today to market the products.
This does not mean that the announcement will necessarily take place today, but that the brand’s online store is ready to press the button to launch the pre-orders. So it would be a matter of hours or days.
Regarding the price, the site does not advance, but recalls that Ming-Chi Kuo spoke of an introductory price around 399 dollars, 49 dollars less than the iPhone 8.
In France the price of the iPhone 8 is 539 euros, and we can therefore imagine a price from 489 euros for the iPhone SE 2020 while keeping the same logic.
An accessory already on sale
The screen protector sold by Belkin for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 7, so for a 4.7-inch screen, has been updated on the American page of the site.
We can see that the protective screen would be compatible with the iPhone SE. However, the 2016 iPhone SE offers a much smaller 4-inch screen.
The French page for the same product has not been updated and still only mentions the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8.
