According to news reports, Apple is planning to develop artificial intelligence features for its entire range of devices, which may include the iPhone, iPad, and others.
This may not be anything new in itself, as Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the company uses models of machines in Siri that operate smart features in the iPhone, iPad, MacBook and others. One noteworthy AI release from Apple is the improved autocorrect system in iOS 17.
According to noted Apple analyst Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple executives were surprised by the sudden AI boom and have been scrambling since late last year to make up for lost time.
Reports have already claimed that Apple has built its own large language model called Ajax and rolled out a chat program called “Apple GPT” within the company to test its functionality.
