According to Apple, a very small (do they not always say that?) Share iPhone 12 and 12 Pro have problems with one component.
iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max are not affected
The problem is that there is simply zero sound when receiving or taking an incoming call, and then the device needs service.
If you experience this problem, you can contact an authorized Apple service company in Norway, or contact Apple directly to arrange the logistics so that the device can be sent to Apple’s own service.
Note that you must back up your mobile phone before sending it in and take care of it this.
