“Apple Watch 8 Cellular Network Connection Issues: €5 Plan Not Available”

I bought an Apple Watch 8, I have an iPhone 14 pro

When I activate the Cellular Network via the Apple Watch application, it connects to my plan but does not offer the €5 plan

suddenly I am well connected but as soon as the phone is off or far away, I no longer have a connection on the watch

I already had the esim option at 5€ active on a previous pixel watch that I deleted is canceled under the advice of an orange advisor in store
