Apple Watch will be thinner and will have a new magnetic mechanism for attaching straps. Whether it will be compatible with current bracelets is unknown.
In addition, the Apple Watch will have a hypertension detection feature. The watch will regularly measure blood pressure and alert the user if it increases. But the watch will not show specific indicators of systolic and diastolic pressure.
The new Apple Watch will be able to detect sleep apnea using sleep and breathing patterns.
