The Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s new mixed reality headset, currently has to do without apps from streaming giants such as Netflix and YouTube. The partnership with Disney+ is all the more important because the streaming service offers numerous films in stereoscopic 3D, which are exclusively available in 3D on the Apple Vision Pro.
For the US launch of the Apple Vision Pro, 42 3D films will be available on Disney+. In addition to Disney+, Disney 3D movies can also be purchased through the Apple TV app. However, the selection of 3D films is somewhat smaller here.
The 3D films on the Apple Vision Pro are available in 4K resolution and each with HDR10 or Dolby Vision. Some films are even available in HFR (High Frame Rate).
