Apple introduced the new iPad Air with the integration of chip M1found on the iPad Pro and 24-inch iMac, makes your computer twice as fast.
The company’s goal was to take the iPad Air to the next level with “exceptionally long” battery life.
“It is supercharged by the power of the Apple chip, great performance, we will carry the innovative M1 chip, which is used in the iPad Pro, and which allows the team to be twice as fast. “It’s up to twice as fast as a Windows laptop,” American company staff said.

The new device will be available in the colors “space grey”, “starlight”, pink, purple and “the stunning new blue”.
Cost
The iPad Air is available from $599, equivalent to 12,782 Mexican pesos. It can be ordered from next Friday, March 11, and will start shipping from March 18.
Apple adds another chip to the M1 family
As part of the technological innovation in 2022, Apple announced the integration of the M1 Ultra to its family of chips.
The goal is to “provide phenomenal performance,” since “it has a secret, a hidden functionality: an innovative chip-to-chip connection technology, using little power,” the company said.
The memory subsystem is broader by supporting up to 128 MB of unified memory, with 64-core Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), i.e. eight times faster than M1.
Plus, its performance is 90 percent higher, using 100 watts less power.
