Apple plans to launch its Apple Glass, a new model of smart glasses, according to a report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. However, its release is not scheduled before 2027.
Apple plans to revolutionize the market by introducing innovative portable products. The release of the Apple Vision Pro caused quite a stir and it was supposed to become Apple’s go-to device when it comes to augmented reality in the future.
However, although these glasses have many qualities, they are much too large, making it impossible to wear them in public. The trend is also towards rather discreet glasses like Meta Orion.
This is also why Apple is already working on new glasses that it hopes to compete with the competition. It is about smart glasses who could challenge Meta Ray-Ban with new AirPods models equipped with cameras.
