That Apple will update its iPad range is not news. What is new is that there are now a total of four new model numbers: A2836, A2837, A2898 and A2899.
The first two models found with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) had model numbers A2836 and A2837. Now two more iPads have appeared for certification, Mysmartprice writes this.
The two new ones have model numbers A2898 and A2899. It is not clear if these model numbers correspond to upcoming Ipad pro or Ipad Air models. Apple is rumored to launch four different iPads, including updated iPad Pro (11-inch) and iPad Pro (12.9-inch).
In addition to these, Apple is also expected to launch the Ipad Air models in two different sizes: 10.9 inches and 12.9 inches, the latter of which will be a new model. The iPad Pro and iPad Air 2024 series are expected to get Apple’s own chip, with at least the iPad Pro getting the M3 chip.
Apple is also rumored to be using oled screens for the Pro series. The same models are said to get thinner designs with a redesigned camera bump.
