Apple to announce new iPhones on October 13 | NOW

Apple will host a major presentation on October 13, which will most likely unveil the new iPhone 12.

The presentation will take place that day at 7 p.m. Besides the short text “Hi, speed” on the invitation, Apple has not announced anything else.

Although Apple itself does not say that the smartphones will be discussed, there is a very good chance that this will happen. Normally, Apple traditionally presents it in September, but this year the presentation has been delayed by a few weeks, according to a top executive.

According to rumors, four models of the iPhone 12 are planned. Three of these succeed the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. In addition, there are plans to sell a smaller so-called mini-variant. All four models are presumably equipped with OLED screens.

‘Inspired by iPhone 4’

The design of the new phones is said to be inspired by the iPhone 4 and the latest iPads, with a metal band on the edges. This makes the device flatter and more angular than the current models.
