The Apple Stores in France are gradually approaching normal operation, even if health measures remain important and the staff present in limited numbers.
You can walk into Apple stores again just to see the new hardware up close and possibly buy it. With the colorful 24 “iMacs and the 12.9” iPad Pro with a mini-LED screen, you might want to take a closer look at these products (see also Apple Store: a wider opening to customers from June 10).
All these visits remain subject to an appointment obligatory. We will not be able to show up without having a “shopping meeting”. We can also use it to return or exchange a product. A short form gives you to choose a reason for the visit, a date and a 45-minute time slot that must be observed.
Almost all French Apple Stores have returned to this operating mode which was used after the first confinement last year. The opening hours have also returned to normal, taking advantage of the reduction in the curfew.
There is only the shop of Sainte-Catherine in Bordeaux whose page indicates for the moment that no appointment is yet possible.
