Apple Store recovery times are now online for each of them. Which also means that you can schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar for a repair.
From this Tuesday, June 9, the shops will be open in a shorter time slot than usual: between 11 am and 6 pm for all. The number of customers who can access the interior of the store will also be limited (read Before the reopening of its French stores, Apple clarifies the health guidelines).
“We are delighted to resume welcoming visitors to our stores in France next Tuesday. We have missed our customers and we look forward to welcoming them again. With many people still working and learning at home, we are delighted to provide the service and support they need, whether to buy a new product or to help them with a product they already own. ”, Apple France said in a statement sent to BFMTV. Our recently reopened stores have put in place important safety procedures, including social distancing and masks to ensure the safety of customers and employees. Our social distancing protocol means that there will be a limited number of visitors to the store at a time, so walk-in customers may have to wait before entering.
