“In 1989, for my son’s 20th birthday, we went to Liverpool, to attend the Beatles-week. Bands from all walks of life were playing in all the emblematic places of the city. We attended a historic concert: the B side of the Abbey Road album, played by a symphony orchestra, a medley of several songs which are linked one after the other for more than an hour. What an emotion! On returning to Lunel, I proposed to the members Apple Scruffs to produce the same show. A somewhat crazy project that we have carried out with many musicians, including the Harmonie de Lansargues. We presented it at the Zénith in Montpellier, then at Lunel, thanks to the support of Francine Blanc and Paulette Goujon. It was in 2012 in the arenas! “
