Apple announced on June 29th,“iOS 16.6 Public beta 4”, “iPadOS 16.6 Public beta 4” and “macOS Ventura 13.5 Public beta 4” are now available for public beta program registrantsbottom. A beta version for developers was delivered on the 16th.
Apple officially announced the latest OS including “iOS 17” and “iPadOS 17” at WWDC23. Each beta version has already been distributed, and anyone with an Apple ID can download it for free.
