Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Samsung is expected to release its entry-level line of Galaxy smartphones at the end of this month. The presence of this phone as a challenger to the iPhone SE 3 which will reportedly slide on March 8.
The Samsung Galaxy A series is expected to be present in various new models, namely the Samsung Galaxy A73, Samsung Galaxy A53, Samsung Galaxy A33 and Samsung Galaxy A23.
According to the South Korean state news agency, Yonhap News, Monday (7/3/2022), this new product line, according to the company, will provide innovation, services, and advanced features at affordable prices.
Samsung Galaxy A73, which will be the most high-end among the latest Samsung Galaxy A series phones. The smartphone is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, 6.7-inch display and Super AMOLED display.
Samsung introduced the Samsung Galaxy A72 and Samsung Galaxy A52 models at the Galaxy Awesome Unpacked online event in March last year. This is Samsung’s inaugural event for the large-scale introduction of the Samsung Galaxy A series devices.
The Samsung Galaxy A Series itself is designed to deal with cellphone manufacturers from China in the middle and lower class market. This series was considered quite successful and proved popular among price-conscious consumers.
According to independent analyst Omdia, the Samsung Galaxy A12 smartphone, which was released in December 2020, was the smartphone with the most shipments in the world last year. A total of 51.8 million units of mobile phones were shipped globally.
It can even help Samsung become the king of smartphones by occupying the number one position. The phone is also the tech giant’s first model to surpass 50 million in a year.
