Apple Releases iOS 17.0.3 Update to Fix Overheating Issues for iPhone 15 Pro (Max) Owners

Apple has just released a new version of iOS 17.0.3 that will benefit iPhone 15 Pro (Max) owners the most
The update is supposed to fix problems with occasional overheating
The new iPadOS 17.0.3 and the first public beta versions of iOS 17.1 and watchOS 10.1 were also released

The technological giant Apple released a new update of the iOS 17.0.3 operating system a few minutes ago, which is intended for all supported iPhones, but the owners of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max should be most happy with it.

iOS 17.0.3 fixes overheating issues

A number of users began to report problems with occasional overheating, which led, for example, to a temporary decrease in the maximum brightness level. Speculations immediately arose that the latest Apple A17 Pro chipset in combination with the titanium frame is responsible for the problems. However, after a few days, Apple came up with an official statement in which it admitted that iPhones can indeed show signs of higher heating in some cases and situations.

Update to iOS 17.0.3 operating system

In his statement, he denied that the titanium frame or the new chipset were behind the problem. The reasons for the heating should have been the following:

The first of them is supposed to be connected with setting up a new iPhone, when in the first days data is indexed in the background, or applications, photos or music are downloaded from the original device, which uses up the phone and leads to higher heating. The second cause is supposed to be an unspecified bug in iOS 17, which should be fixed in the next update. The third cause is supposed to be recent updates of third-party applications, such as Instagram, which cause a higher load on the system. Apple is said to be working with their developers on a fix.
