Apple announced on the 12th that it has released a ‘preview’ (beta) version of iOS 17, the latest operating system for the iPhone, for general users.
iOS 17 is the operating system applied to the iPhone 15 to be released this fall, and this version is for the final test before it is officially released to all users.
Apple first unveiled iOS 17 at the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) last month, and has released beta versions for developers three times.
In iOS 17, ‘NameDrop’, which allows you to share the other person’s contact information by simply bringing each other’s iPhone closer, and ‘NameDrop’, which provides information such as clock and photos on the screen even when the iPhone is placed horizontally and charged, even if the distance is far away. A ‘Standby’ mode function has been added.
A ‘journaling app’ has been added to help iPhone users record their daily lives, and the ‘autocorrect’ function that automatically corrects entered text has been strengthened.
