Apple’s Let Loose event is behind us. During the presentation, Tim Cook called it the biggest iPad event ever since launch. But what exactly happened?
Apple presented a new iPad Air, iPad Pro, a Magic Keyboard and an Apple Pencil. Let us briefly go through them with you.
Apple’s new iPad Pro
Let’s start with the most important announcement: the new iPad Pro. It’s the thinnest Apple device ever made. It is also the first gadget with an M4 chip, which ensures significantly better performance and an extra focus on AI.

Two sizes for the iPad Air
Following on from the iPad Pro, customers with the iPad Air also have a choice of two different sizes: an 11-inch and a 13-inch model.
However, the difference with the iPad Pro is increasing. Apple has opted for the M2 chip for the new Air, which means it performs less than the Pro. Still, it is a major update compared to the previous iPad Air. You can read everything about the new iPad Air here.

New accessories
Finally, two new accessories were also introduced for the iPad Air and iPad Pro. First up is a new Magic Keyboard. Not much has changed in terms of design, but it now has a row of function keys, just like the MacBook. The trackpad is also slightly larger.
In addition, there is a new Apple Pencil Pro with 50 percent more performance than the Apple Pencil 2. For example, you now see a menu when you squeeze the Apple Pencil Pro.
