Apple postpones the third generation of the iPad mini to the list of old products


Days after Apple added a few more MacBook models and a Watch series model to its vintage and vintage slate, the company appears to have decided to add another iPad to join the club, and according to a report from MacRumors, the model iPad mini is likely to join Apple’s legacy lineup.


What are old Apple products?


An older Apple product is one that does not receive regular software products, as the outstanding feature of the iPhone, iPad or Mac is that it continues to receive software updates for at least five years.


But the old product can’t receive any updates, and Apple doesn’t even promise repairs or service for these products, and Apple explains on its support page: “Products are considered old when Apple stopped shipping them for sale more than 5 years ago.” and less than 7 years ago.”


This does not mean that the device will stop working, but it does mean that the validity period is denied again when the user does not receive regular updates.


What are old Apple products?


The word “obsolete” may sound a bit specific in nature, Apple explains that “products are considered obsolete when Apple stopped shipping them for sale over 7 years ago.” t fix them or maintainable.


In fact, even service providers can’t order replacement parts for older products, so any product launched in 2013 or 2014 is likely to have, or will receive legacy products sooner rather than later.
