Apple has just updated its website by adding a new “Store” tab. This part of the website has also undergone a total design overhaul.
The new Apple Online Store interface provides at-a-glance access to different types of products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, AirPods, etc.). On the right, there is quick access to contact a specialist or find the store closest to you. There is then a section “What’s new”. Right now there is the resumption of classes, the summer accessories, the iPhone 12, the iMac M1, the iPad Pro M1 and the Apple Watch Studio.
Then come the sections “Assistance”, “The Apple exception”, “Accessories for studies” and “AirTag”, The page continues with a part “Go further with Apple products” which includes the sessions Today at Apple, Apple One and Apple Pay.
Finally, the last section highlights the special prices for the education sector, companies and the possibility of acquiring reconditioned products.
Note that Apple has also made changes to the navigation in the different sections. A horizontal scroll allows you to navigate more fluidly.
Through this redesign of the website, Apple wanted to offer the same customer experience as its “Store” mobile application and this will also allow easier access to products without having to navigate through the different pages of each device.
