Apple launches iPhone 11 screen repair program | NOW

Apple has set up a program to fix iPhone 11 models with touchscreen problems. Via a separately furnished website customers can see if they qualify for this and what steps they can take next.

It specifically concerns iPhone 11 models purchased between November 2019 and May 2020. By entering the serial number on the website, customers can see if they qualify for the screen repair. If you have already paid these costs yourself, you can ask Apple to reimburse them.

According to the company, a problem with the hardware appears to be the culprit. This removes some of the touch sensitivity. Apple says that it only concerns a small part of the models. However, it is not clear exactly how many phones are involved.

If you are eligible for a screen repair after entering the serial number, you can then go to an Apple Authorized Repairer or an Apple Retailer. It is also possible to send the device by post.
