Apple launches a first test, the technical sheet is final

The iPhone 14s are coming in a few months. While the keynote is not expected before September, Apple would have validated the final technical sheet of its smartphones. A first technical validation test is in progress.

iPhone 14 development continues despite the temporary closure of Foxconn’s factories in Schenzhen. Last February, Apple launched the first phase of production of its future smartphones. The trial production phase was a success. The company has been able to ensure that its factories will be able to produce its phones.

Following this production phase, the final design of the iPhone 14 has been validated. There is no turning back possible. According to information relayed by analyst Jeff Pu of Haitong International Securities, the group is now looking at the technical sheet of its future iPhones.

Apple is currently validating the technical sheet of the iPhone 14

According to data gleaned by the analyst, the iPhone 14 is now here to the technical validation test. As part of this process, Apple engineers will test one of the first factory-designed prototypes for full operation. This test is to ensure that all options work without a hitch. The screen, camera and chip performance are examined from every angle.

This test implies that the technical sheet of the iPhone 14 is now final. It is now unlikely that Apple will modify an element of the data sheet, unless a part of its smartphones encounters a serious malfunction.

In this context, the analyst argues thatApple has not integrated a periscope with 5x optical zoom on its iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. This novelty should be expected until 2023. The analyst did not find any trace of this option during his investigation within the industry. As rumors wanted, Apple would nevertheless have chosen to integrate a main 48-megapixel photo sensor into its most high-end terminals.

Still according to Jeff Pu, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max should be content with an A15 chip, instead of the A16 SoC of the Pro editions. Nevertheless, this processor would have notable improvements, including a larger matrix. For the record, Apple should present the iPhone 14 range from September 2022. We will tell you more about it as soon as possible. While waiting for more information, do not hesitate to give your opinion in the comments below.
