The update is now available on these devices:
iPhone XS and later
iPad Pro – 12.9-inch, 2nd generation and later.
iPad Pro – 10.5 inch,
iPad Pro – 11-inch 1st generation and later
iPad Air 3rd generation and later
iPad 6th generation and later
iPad mini 5th generation and later.
To install it on your device, open the Settings app, then General and Software Update. If your device is compatible, you’ll see iOS 17.2 listed.
You can either choose to download it immediately or download it overnight, although you’ll need to make sure your iPhone is charging for this to happen.
It is worth noting that the update includes many new and exciting features, in addition to bug fixes as security updates.
