According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is working on a new iPad Mini, scheduled to launch in late 2023 or early 2024.

TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo tweeted that the new iPad Mini will keep the same design. but the specs will update a lot from the previous version

In addition, Apple is currently working on a new version of the iPad mini that comes with a new processor as its main selling point and is expected to start mass shipping by the end of 2023 or 1H24.

The previous model had an 8.3-inch display, an A15 Bionic chip, a USB-C port, Touch ID integrated into the power button, and a cellular model with 5G support. Pricing for the 64GB model starts at $499.

Kuo also said that the foldable iPad won’t replace the iPad mini until 2025, and the price will be much higher than the regular iPad mini. because it captures different groups of customers
