Despite this, Dylandkt believes that we will not see a flexible iPhone – Apple is reportedly still on the verge of whether flexible smartphones are the future or just the current trend, which will soon decline.
According to Dylandkt, Apple is bothered by too many compromises that folding smartphones face. The California company wants to be sure that a possible folding iPhone will not be a step backwards in terms of design, especially in terms of display quality. According to Dylandkt, Apple will be waiting for the right opportunity in the near future to join the rocketing market with its equipment.
Well-known analysts estimate the introduction of the flexible iPhone next year
However, well-known analysts Ming-Chi Kuo and Ross Young oppose this claim. While Kuo predicts a flexible iPhone with an 8 “OLED QHD + display as early as 2023, Young speaks of next year as the closest possible date and is more in favor of 2024. Whether reputable analysts or leakers will be right is still in the stars, however what is certain is that Apple is in no hurry to introduce the flexible iPhone.
