For starters, a new iPad Pro is reportedly in the works. After introducing the M1 chip on this year’s 12.9-inch model, Apple is said to be ready to incorporate a glass back on the 2022 models. The reason for this aesthetic change would be simple: equips the iPad Pro with the charging system. MagSafe wireless, but also reverse charging technology. Users could easily charge their tablet thanks to the magnetic system introduced on the iPhone 12, but also recharge their Apple Watch or AirPods. This new generation of iPad Pro is scheduled for early 2022.

Second product planned by Apple according to Bloomberg, a new iPad Mini. It must be said that the last model dates from 2015 and would need a little refresh, whether in terms of performance or design. The fifth generation should arrive by the end of 2021 with a design similar to the iPad Pro: rounded corners, thin borders and the disappearance of the Home button. A classic iPad would also be in the works.

Finally, a stillborn product could well be reborn from its ashes: AirPower. Announced in September 2017, then canceled in 2019 due to overheating issues, the product was intended to present itself as a wireless charging pad for charging an iPhone, an Apple Watch and an AirPods case at the same time. Bloomberg explains that Apple has not abandoned the project and that the Californian firm continues to work on this solution. A remote wireless charging system is also under consideration.
