A real boon for Apple

However, there is one important point missing to make this study truly relevant: This is the one that concerns the percentage of iPhone users who switch to Android devices.. Indeed, without this data, the analysis remains incomplete since it can put into perspective the figures linked to the retention of the two OS. It would also have been interesting to look at the reasons why users switch from one operating system to another.because it’s probably not a decision made on a whim.
