Specifications of the Apple iPhone 14
The new iPhone 14 is progressively better than the iPhone 13. The notch is still there and even the processor – for the first time in Apple’s history – is the same as before. Although Apple claims that the new A15 Bionic has a better six-core CPU and GPU that offers 15% better graphics. However, compared to the new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 series falls short of the high level of performance. The notch itself is also what makes the standard iPhone models significantly different from the Pro models. It seems wise for the iPhone 14 series to have the notch while the iPhone 14 Pro series uses what Apple calls the “dynamic island”. However, it’s basically a new bean plus a puncher. However, the new iPhone 14 models are slightly thinner and use recycled materials as Apple continues its efforts towards the environment. iPhone 14 has a 6.1-inch OLED screen while iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have better cameras, however the graphics resolution of the sensors remains the same. The new 12MP main camera offers better low-light photography. It also supports sensor stabilization, which allows videos captured on it to be blur-free. There is also an Ultra HD camera in the rear system, which clicks images with more detail. Apple said the new photon engine allows for better HDR in photos, especially in low-light conditions. But it may just be a slight increase in Deep Fusion technology. There’s also a new motion mode for shooting video with gimbal stability.
