I had an Apple ID blocked for 12 days. APPLE sent me a message yesterday to unblock my username [email protected], that’s good. But my Macs and iPhone always ask me for the password of a different ID: [email protected] (current address). I therefore have an apple identifier ([email protected]) that I cannot use since all my devices have an identifier [email protected].
I cannot access this identifier through the Apple site because it offers me a phone number ending in 95 while mine ends in 01! So I am stuck. Why is my APPLE account xxxxxxxxxx @ orange .com and the username that appears automatically (without the possibility of modifying) on my Macs is [email protected]?
