Apple has been marketing the capabilities of its iPhones to shoot professional quality video for a few generations now and for its latest campaign the company has hired a renowned Korean director, Park Chan-wook. For those of you who don’t know, he’s the man behind Korean Old boy 2003 movie.
But Apple’s film is short, barely 20 minutes, and it’s called “Life is just a dream”. It’s a fantastic martial arts movie shot entirely on iPhone 13 Pro and it was released on YouTube.

Apple also released a short clip that goes behind the scenes where Park and his team use the iPhone 13 Pro on gimbals for that extra stabilization. Of course, the team talks about the iPhone’s Cinematic Mode which artificially blurs the background behind the subject for a more dramatic and professional look.
