When it is launched, Fitness + will offer around ten physical activities: high intensity interval training (HIIT), weight lifting, yoga, dance, core training, cycling, treadmill, rowing (weight training), and recovery.

Fitness + users will be able to rely on a filter system to quickly start a workout after choosing their coach, the duration of their workout, the type of activity they want and even the music they want to listen to. . New content will then be made available each week for all the activities offered, with various coaches and varied training durations, ranging from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.

Still a little waiting for an arrival in France

Apple Fitness + will also offer users the choice of nine different musical styles to motivate themselves during exercise, with music also being a central element in the application. And while no Apple Music subscription is required to use Fitness +, users who already subscribe to Apple’s music streaming service will be able to find their playlists directly in Fitness +.

The service will require the installation of iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, tvOS 14.3 and watchOS 7.2, as well as an Apple Watch Series 3 minimum. Billed monthly for around ten dollars or 80 dollars a year, it can be shared with all members of the family at no additional cost. However, it will be necessary to wait a few more months before being able to take advantage of it in France.
