Apple Fitness+ Announces New Workouts, Meditations, and ‘Time to Walk’ Episodes with Guest Celebrities

Apple has made official the new features coming to Fitness+, the subscription service for physical activity enthusiasts. In particular, Fitness+ will offer new workouts, meditations and audio episodes “Time to Walk” fromJanuary 8. In particular:

  • From January 8th, 10 new workouts featuring Rihanna’s music will be available;
  • New workouts featuring Britney Spears music will be available from January 15th;
  • New workouts featuring U2 music will be available from January 22nd;
  • Starting February 5, Artist Spotlight workouts will feature music from Usher, who will be headlining the Apple Music Halftime Show at Super Bowl LVIII this year.

They will also arrive on Fitness+ seven new meditations which will allow users to relax. Furthermore, the Cupertino company is implementing a new training program called “Strenght, Core e Yoga for Golfers”specifically for improving the strength, balance, flexibility and mobility of golfers of all levels.

The “Time to Walk” episodes will feature protagonists influential people who will share stories and music that users can listen to as they walk.

Speaking of which, future episodes will feature guests Al Roker, Trixie Mattel, Lilly Singh, Common e Colman Domingo. Among other things, some episodes will be available for free on Apple Podcasts (in the 21 countries where Fitness+ is available).

Finally, the owners of Apple Watch they will earn an unprecedented limited edition prize known as “Ring in the New Year” if they close all three activity rings for seven consecutive days at any time in the month of January.
