“The new 2H21 iPhone model has a larger battery capacity than the iPhone 12 series, thanks to the space-saving multi-component design,” he explained.

“Hence, the new iPhone 2H21 model is also slightly heavier than the iPhone 12. Space-saving designs include integrating the SIM card slot with the mainboard, reducing the thickness of the front optical module, etc.,” he added.
Kuo did not say exactly how much battery is embedded in the iPhone 13. It should be noted, however, that usually new features in cell phones can also play a role in draining the battery.
Signs of an increase in battery capacity on the upcoming iPhone 13 have actually been blowing since a few months ago. Early January, a report from Macotakara claims that through the iPhone 13, Apple will make the phone about 0.26 mm thicker.
It is not clear why Apple plans to thicken the body of its new iPhone. It is not impossible for a thicker body to allow Apple to install a battery with a larger capacity.
