Employees Apple protested because it was difficult to apply for work from home.

The hybrid policy requires employees to return to the office three days a week starting in early September.
Quoted by The Verge, Sunday (18/7/2021), some employees even threatened to stop working if they Apple did not change his position.
Apple has historically banned employees from working from home (WFH). However, dda is an exception and some teams also have softer rules regarding remote work policies.
But now, employees say that the exception is even rejected by the company.
On Slack’s corporate channel where employees advocate for their remote work, about 10 people said they planned to resign because of a hybrid work policy or knew other employees were forced to leave.
While the employee, Apple certainly has more flexibility than the retail staff. But, some say it doesn’t sit well with other big tech companies in Silicon Valley.
For example, Twitter and Facebook have announced a permanent policy of working from home, and employees Apple say they have been inundated with hiring messages from other tech organizations eyeing potential opportunities.
