Apple Employees Threaten to Leave Office If Remote Work Is Prohibited

Previously, in a letter sent to Apple officials, it was stated that they wanted to be able to work more flexibly, be it from the office or working remotely.

“We would like to have the opportunity to communicate any concerns that are developing among our colleagues,” the letter said.

The letter also stated that Apple’s remote or flexible working policies and other communications had forced some of its fellow employees to quit.

“Without inclusivity and flexibility, many of us feel we have to choose between family, well-being, and being empowered to do our best work, or being a part of Apple,” the employee said in the letter.
