TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Apple announced that it would stop production of 15 of its products during the fall of this year. This step is due to the launch of several new devices, such as the iPad Mini 7, MacBook Pro with M4 chip, and iPhone 16.

1. iPad Mini 6 – Replaced iPad Mini 7 that offers compatibility with Apple Pencil Pro, Apple Intelligence support, as well as troubleshooting scroll jelly. This update is considered significant after three years without significant innovation.

8. iPhone 13 – After being introduced in 2021, the iPhone 13 is now being replaced by a newer model with longer battery life and an improved camera.

9. Lightning Magic Mouse – Discontinued after transition to USB-C version, in line with Apple’s focus on removing the Lightning connector.
10. Magic Trackpad Lightning – The Lightning version of this accessory has been replaced by a USB-C model which is considered more flexible.
11. Lightning Magic Keyboard – This stop completes the transition to compatible USB-C accessories across the line.
12. Apple Watch Series 9 – Production ceased after the launch of the Apple Watch Series 10, which is slimmer but maintains the same price.
13. AirPods 2 – This older generation is no longer available, replaced by the AirPods 4 which offer newer features.
14. AirPods 3 – Replaces AirPods 4 which has two models, including an option with mute.
15. AirPods Max (Electric) – Now AirPods Max USB-C replaces the Lightning model, in line with Apple’s move to a new connection standard.
