The apple cloud cake it is a concentrate of fruity sweetness, delicacy and softness that truly conquers everyone. Nobody can help but do it again: a soft consistency that melts in the mouth, with a scent of apples and vanilla that really captivates the senses. The cake that can not miss for breakfast, snack and on all occasions when you want to give yourself a gourmet break!

Ingredients
200 g of sugar
200 g of flour
4 eggs

50 ml of lemon juice
A glass of sunflower oil
A envelope of vanillin
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 sachet of vanilla yeast
a pinch of salt
Preparation of the cloud cake
To make this dessert, start by washing and cutting the apples. Pour them into a bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice: mix and set aside. Continue whipping the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. You will have to work them for a long time: the volume will have to double.
Add the seed oil to the egg and sugar mixture while continuing to mix, then add the vanilla extract and salt. Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla separately and incorporate them a little at a time with a spatula, stirring from the bottom up. Drain the apples well and add them to the mixture, always mixing with the spatula, gently. Grease and flour a mold well, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool and serve sprinkled with icing sugar: you will feel that soft goodness!
