Apple is notorious for how hard they deal with repairs. It may be said that they are lately in the right direction to go. Similarly with the AirPods Pro, which is said to have several problems. That’s why owners get a free repair from Apple!
Free Apple AirPods Pro repair
Users have been complaining about various issues with the Apple AirPods Pro for months. Among other things, the in-ear headphones would have problems regarding noise canceling. Also, the sound quality would be very poor for many users, especially in the form of cracking sound.
If you are someone who has received a defective AirPods Pro from Apple, you are eligible for a free repair. In a blogpost admits the billion-dollar company that “a small percentage” of AirPods Pro have sound problems. These are models that in front of October 2020. In other words, unless you’ve bought AirPods Pro very recently, you’re in for a treat.
Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will repair the affected AirPods Pro (left, right or both) completely free of charge. Note: no other AirPods models are eligible for this program.

- Cracking or static noise that gets worse in loud environments, during exercise, or while on a call
- Active Noise Cancellation does not work as expected, which can be recognized by a lack of bass sound, or if there is a lot more background noise coming through, for example, street or airplane
